Stowlog App Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Stowlog App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Estudio Cactus Media S.L. ("Stowlog", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Rda. Circunvalación 188, Castellón de la Plana, Spain.

2. Purpose of the App

The Stowlog App enables Users such as contractors, drivers, and visitors to interact digitally with Facilities that operate within the Stowlog Platform. Facilities may use modules such as Safety Induction, Control of Contractors, or Control of Visitors to collect and manage information.

Your access to any Facility within the App is managed and authorized by that Facility, not directly by Stowlog. Stowlog provides the technological platform but is not responsible for the Facility's specific operational processes or data collection practices.

3. Account Creation and Use

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
• You may not share or transfer your account to other individuals.
• You may access multiple Facilities, but each Facility independently determines what information you must provide and how it is used.

4. Data Collection, Responsibility, and Deletion Requests

When you register, Stowlog collects limited account data (email, phone, password) to enable access. When you select a Facility, you may be asked to provide additional data (e.g., driver's license, ID photo, or certification details).

Each Facility acts as Data Controller for this additional data. Stowlog processes such data on behalf of that Facility in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion

• You may request deletion of your Stowlog account at any time by contacting support@stowlog.com.
• When you delete your account, Stowlog permanently deletes or anonymizes your account information (e.g., email, password, phone).
• However, Facilities you have interacted with may retain certain operational records (e.g., proof of safety induction, visit logs) as required for legal, safety, or compliance obligations.
• These records will appear in anonymized form (e.g., "Deleted User") and will no longer be personally identifiable within the Stowlog Platform.
• If you wish to request deletion of Facility-controlled data, you must contact that Facility directly, as it determines the purpose and retention of such data.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or submit false, misleading, or illegal content.
• Circumvent or disable any security or access control features.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.
• Use the App to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Reproduce, copy, or reverse engineer the App or its components.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent deactivation of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including trademarks, software, and content, remain the exclusive property of Estudio Cactus Media S.L. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. No ownership or source code rights are transferred.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Stowlog does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Stowlog shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Errors in data provided by Users or Facilities,
• Facility-specific requirements or processes,
• Misuse or unauthorized access to accounts, or
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Suspension and Termination

Stowlog may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms,
• Misuse the App, or
• Compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@stowlog.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Castellón de la Plana, Spain.
