Stowlog Admin Dashboard Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stowlog Admin Dashboard (the "Dashboard"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you are acting on behalf of a Facility or company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Relationship with the Customer Agreement
These Terms are supplemental to the Stowlog Customer Agreement executed between your Facility (the "Customer") and Estudio Cactus Media S.L. (the "Provider"). In case of conflict, the Customer Agreement prevails. These Terms govern individual access and behavior within the Dashboard.
3. Access and Responsibilities
- The Facility Admin manages users, permissions, and module access.
- Each user must maintain confidentiality of their credentials.
- Facility Admins are responsible for ensuring only authorized personnel access the Dashboard.
- Stowlog may suspend accounts for misuse, non-payment, or security reasons.
4. Facility Data, Compliance, and Account Deletion
- The Facility is the Data Controller for all data processed through the Dashboard.
- Stowlog acts solely as a Data Processor under the Facility's instructions.
- Facility Admins and Members must ensure data accuracy and lawful use under GDPR and other applicable laws.
Account Deletion for Facility Members
- Facility Members may request deletion of their Stowlog account by contacting support@stowlog.com.
- When such a request is received, Stowlog will permanently delete or anonymize the personal data associated with that member's account.
- However, operational or audit-related records generated by the member (e.g., approvals, entries, reports) may be retained by the Facility as required for compliance or safety purposes.
- These retained records will appear anonymized (e.g., "Deleted Member") and no longer contain identifiable personal data.
- The Facility, as Data Controller, determines the retention period of such anonymized data according to its legal obligations.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All Facility data, including user lists, logs, and uploaded materials, is confidential. Facility users must:
- Access and process data only for legitimate Facility purposes.
- Refrain from exporting or sharing data outside authorized channels.
- Comply with applicable data protection obligations.
Stowlog implements technical and organizational measures (ISO 27001-certified) to protect all processed data.
6. Intellectual Property and Restrictions
All intellectual property rights in Stowlog remain with Estudio Cactus Media S.L. Facilities receive a limited license to use the Platform under the Customer Agreement. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or reproduction of the Dashboard interface or content is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability and Indemnification
- Stowlog is not liable for decisions made based on data displayed in the Dashboard.
- Facility users agree to indemnify Stowlog for claims arising from misuse or unauthorized access.
- Stowlog's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the 12 months prior to the event.
8. Suspension or Termination
Stowlog may suspend or terminate access if:
- The Facility fails to comply with payment terms,
- The user breaches these Terms or applicable laws, or
- The Customer Agreement is terminated.
Upon termination, all access credentials will be revoked. When an account is deleted, personal identifiers are anonymized while Facility operational records remain accessible in anonymized form.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Castellón de la Plana, Spain.
